Why would I want a TC rather than hiring an assistant?

When you have a transaction coordinator they provide the detailed services on your transactions, as an assistant would, but you pay as you go with TC. You still receive the benefit of more time to sell more real estate but receive the assistance in an efficient file and client service.

What are the benefits to me? Isn't this what an agent does?

You will be able to handle more transactions and ultimately increase your earnings. In addition, we will help prevent confusion and lawsuits by ensuring a complete file with clarity to all parties involved.

How does the TC get a copy of my purchase and sale agreement?

Once you have an executed contract, you can either email, fax or call for drop off/pick up.

How will they know if I already have title and escrow set up?

You will have to communicate any special instructions to the TC when you set up your file. We have an initial set-up form which you can download from our website. This will allow you in to fill in the criteria for the file. After you have filled out the form, you can attach it to the contract and open your file with us. How do the TC’s communicate with me?

The TC's generally communicate by phone and email; let us know your preference and we will accommodate that. You also have access to the file on our software and can use that as a form of communication.

Can the TC send information to parties for me when I am away from the office?

Yes, we definitely can. We are here to assist you so if you do need something done that we can provide, feel free to ask your TC. This is one of the additional important benefits of using a TC.

Is this something I could talk about in a listing presentation?

The service of the TC would certainly set you apart in a listing presentation. Many of our current clients use TC as their differentiator. It creates a sense of efficiency for a realtor to use this type of service. It also keeps your clients at ease that they will have that source to go to when they have any detailed questions.

What are the benefits for my clients and do you stay in touch with them?

There is a benefit to your buyers and sellers as much as there is for you. They will be educated on a real estate transaction from beginning to end to help their understanding of the file. We will be available to them as much as possible and ready to answer their questions during a transaction.

We stay in touch throughout the entire transaction with both the buyer and the seller to create a clear vision of the file and keep all parties on the same page. We can keep in touch with them via phone and email. They are also welcome to set up an appointment to come in and see a TC for further assistance if needed.

Are my client’s files and information safe?

Yes, we will never disclose client, agent and file information to anyone not directly involved in the transaction. Furthermore, we do not speak to the agent’s client unless specifically requested to do so by the agent.

Will my completed transaction file contain all the DRE, CAR and my broker’s required forms?

As real estate professionals we keep up to date on all of the required forms. In addition, each agent will provide TC Solutions a copy of their broker’s checklist to ensure that files are in compliance with their office.
